Anantara Residences

Anantara Residences, developed by Sobha Realty in Umm Al Quwain, is a branded residential project created in collaboration with Anantara Hotels & Resorts. The scheme delivers a finite offering of 125 Anantara-branded homes within the larger Sobha Siniya Island master community, combining private residential accommodation with the service-oriented standards associated with the Anantara name. Set on an island site, the project affords residents a coastal environment defined by open water and natural landscapes and forms part of a broader waterfront master plan. Sobha Realty is positioning Sobha Siniya Island as a prominent residential and hospitality destination in Umm Al Quwain, so the development sits within a mixed residential and hospitality context rather than as a standalone housing proposal.
